  1. When I was in hospital a lot very sick the staff always referred to the nurses as "the girls" even though male nurses worked there. Even the call button for emergencies had an image of a woman with a skirt on like you would see on the door of female public toilets. 🚻 If they want to de-gender the patients they deal with they should be doing so for staff too!
