  1. The Queen could attend events "royally" in an open-topped carriage in the same way Queen Victoria did around London for her Diamond Jubilee when she also faced mobility issues.

  2.  @helenboula3538  Yes, I can empathise somewhat as a sufferer of chronic fatigue from Amyloidosis and End-Stage Kidney Disease. The spirit may be willing but sometimes our flesh can be weak. Pity she can't just "retire" like any other person over 65 or so. At least she is bright in her attitude and shows great mental ability yet. Anyone would 'tire' after 70 years service.

  3. Queen Victoria attended events during her Diamond Jubilee in an open royal carriage, which served basically as a glamorous wheelchair due to her own mobility issues. That would be a graceful, elegant and royally suitable approach to allow the Queen to be present and attend some of the more important dates of her Platinum Jubilee year. 👑
