  2. I’ve never agreed with forfeiture laws. I’ve always considered that a crime. I think it is a crime. I think it should not be legal. Aside from that, though your husband‘s assets are frozen they can separate your assetsin a bank account, you are an independent person who is not a person they’re investigating, which means your assets are not on trial and stealing from both of you. Also, I think exceptional and should be illegal.
