I think that companies are doing the same thing here, where instead of competing with each other to create a competitive market they are instead joining forces to keep prices high. Right now they expanded and pushed dramatic inflation while arguing workers making more pay is a big reason, and they are in intentional efforts at present to limit jobs to recreate the desperate worker environment that allows people to fear no work and be willing to work for less. I personally think we should eat the rich. It’s done wonders for every generation that did once the rich went too far with their greed.
