  1. I think the police and warden are responsible for what happens in jail, and if a crime happens to an inmate under their watch they should be held accountable. You take responsibility the second they enter till the second they leave. This is bull that this is allowed by our government. Don’t mistake, they are allowing it. I think people should be able to sue. Maybe they are, but they don’t know they have rights.
