You don’t have to remove gun, but you could have a lot of restrictions that really vet people who get them. Switzerland has lots of guns, but some of the strictest regulations. It won’t end it, but it will for sure cut it down tremendously. It will also bust a lot of crazy people.

Problem I have with ice is that I don’t understand how they’re allowed to just walk up to an American and search them. It is not OK. Americans have the right to walk down the street without being harassed. I am a white female do I need to walk around with documents that prove them an American? Do I have to allow a police officer to see my ID just for walking down the street? Because so far the answer is supposed to be no according to our laws. So if the answer is no for me then why should it be for someone else. Why did you have to justify that you are from here? Unless you’re committing a crime you’re not required to show your ID. Being Mexican is not a good enough argument for suspicion of committing a crime. The government does not have the right to search you. Not without probable cause and being Mexican is not probable cause. How do they justify those searches ? how do they justify stopping American and deciding that that person should be questioned? Does that make it racist? Under the constitution we have equal rights, which means that the government is supposed to protect you no matter who you are equally. Even if you are their opponent. Even if they don’t like you. And if you are being targeted due to your race being unconstitutional? As in are they raiding white people just as much.? I don’t believe they are. If they get it wrong, are they violating an American citizens rights? If they detain you for no reason other than they suspect you are not American and they get it wrong is that kidnapping? do you have the right to sue them for kidnapping and violating your civil rights? You had things to do, are you allowed to sue them for the damage that has caused you in the time that has caused you in the stress etc. in several states, they are hiring people as bounty hunters to seek out immigrants. How are those bounty hunters supposed to go about that as well. Are they just walking up to Mexicans and then threatening them. If anyone gets hurt because of this can they sue the politicians who implemented that put their lives in danger or possibly had one of their loved ones hurt or kidnapped by a stranger who use that as the ability to do harm to others. You can’t just give everybody a batch of a deal, especially because it attracts there that are looking to do trouble. that directly puts citizens lives in danger. Are they to be held responsible for those reactions if something bad should happen? if a person shoots one of those people thinking that they are in danger is that person’s family the person who got shot do they get compensation from the government that put them in this position.?

if you want to end illegal immigration, you don’t go after the poor man. You go after the rich man who hires him. But if you go after the Rich, you can fine them so much so that they won’t want to hire illegals and will be making billions off of busting illegal immigration. Instead of costing us billions of dollars will be gaining billions of dollars, and it will long-term benefit us more as if there are no jobs for illegals because nobody wants to hire them then they will have no desire to come here illegally. It will help in the long run. It’s easy to deal with the Tran issue. It’s not about trans people. It’s about the government staying out of your personal lives and who you are as a person. It’s not the governments place to tell you who you are. It’s just the right to make sure that everybody’s treated fairly. They exist. There’s historical evidence of them existing. They’re scientific evidence of them existing. They are an actual group of people that means that therefore they are now included in our group group of people and it’s not personal. Everybody gets rights. And the governments place isn’t to tell you who you’re supposed to be. Conversation over. If Republican wants to continue with that, you asked him if they want the government in their bedrooms are in their private lives or tell them what they’re supposed to look like who they can marry. Done and done.
