You know that republican states have similar laws? You know that republicans live in democratic states? You know that homelessness of even humans is a crime in two Republican states? Or at least the actual necessity for survival as a homeless person is. You know that mortality rates of pregnant women, and children is 3X lower in republican states? You know republican states have more kill shelters for animals by human population? Meaning more animals are euthanized by population. You know life expectancy is lowest in more Republican states? You know education is lowest in republican states? and poverty is highest per capita in republican states? Are you aware that every single republican president since 1980 has crashed the economy by the time they left office, and the last democrat to crash our economy was Jimmy Carter in the late 70’s? Are you aware that trump’s economy was falling into recession even before covid hit? Did you know that the strongest and longest lasting good economy in the last h as of a century was under Bill Clinton? Who is also one of only a very small handful of presidents to balance the national debt? Making him the most fiscally responsible president in everyone’s lifetime. Are you aware that the worst two economic collapses since the Great Depression were in the last 50 years under Ronald Reagan and George bush jr? Did you know that the four worst spending presidents in all U.S. history were Reagan bush jr. Obama, and Trump for the win ( Trump got that title even before Covid) I didn’t even get into their policies. The American dream is dead for the average American because our economy can’t crawl out of the constant economic crashes of the Republican Party. I’m not even a democrat. My top 3 out of only my top 5 presidents are republicans, just zero since 1980. Now they’re literally trying to end the constitution with 2025, which isn’t new. It’s been their playbook since Reagan, and it shows. The truth is politics isn’t people. Most people are decent folks no matter the party. The politicians are their own group, and they both haven’t been doing well by the American people, but don’t blame democrats as the sole bad guy. They suck, but at least they aren’t crashing the economy every decade.

@ actually happens all the time. I saw an elderly woman who lived in a decrepit house with a bunch of dogs have her house raided by bunch of police officers and they came in shot animals and stuck her in an old folks home. It was extremely sad. That was in Louisiana. Which is a Republican state, and very similar, except they killed her dog babies right in front of her. Happens all the time. in fact, having wild animals as pets is considered illegal in every state euthanasia is the most common response. sometimes rehoming to another location or a sanctuary . Yes being a republican state does not make it any better for animals. in fact, there was recently Donald Trump‘s vice president first pick which was that woman who was removed because she talks so casually, but how she shot her dog in the face because it was unruly. There’s your animal compassion for you. You’re gonna blame that on Democrats too.
