@SocraticMutt Churchill probably would have. He did a great deal of underhand stuff. Russia is incapable, China not interested. Outside the US - North Korea, Pakistan and maybe India. If you check global news WW3 only appears on US news networks, the rest of the world is focused on other stuff. Just my view, but I understand your point.
