  5. I was wondering why they would cut up a pipe then flatten it in the first place as they were forming it into channel? A flat sheet would have been a better starting point if channel the size they actually needed wasn't available? (it probably is direct from steel works?) Maybe they can get boatloads of pipe free from somewhere?

  6.  @amazingskillsdiscover117  I had a feeling they were oil pipes, just didn't know you had oil industry local as even at lower cost shipping charges for that amount of steel would be pretty high because pipe takes up so much space compared to sheet. Well done on processing it instead of oil company sending it to be melted down, sure it cuts greenhouse emissions a significant amount.
