  1. To state 'Made in USA' item has to contain a minimum of 47% parts actually made in USA. (or maybe 49%? I forget) If percentage is lower it can only say 'Assembled in USA' Around 2008 Harley Davidson sales suffered when they switched to 'Assembled in USA' which is the only reason I'm aware of the difference. The lack of run time is the reason I don't have a working cordless drill any longer, even with Lifepo batteries run time is too short and the older technology cells have way too many issues.I found it a waste of money having a cordless even with multiple battery packs
