  1. It will probably be difficult to find now but a book called 'The Bloxham Tapes' popularised reincarnation and regression to past lives in the 1970's (or 80's?) Anyone claiming to be an 'ordinary person' and not a historical figure is usually more believable as they would probably need to have studied the subject in depth to know about day to day activities
