I used to watch LTT but it started to feel more like 'snake oil' salesmen. I have no idea how many times I've heard 'our internal policy is to do the right thing' just before something really wrong happened, like, for instance, a manager telling me, in front of witnesses 'we don't fire people, we just make life so difficult they quit' which I'm pretty sure may people have heard (or some variation?)
