  2. I very much doubt Mr. Putin really believes what he said and has access to more (secret?) historical content from Russian perspective and probably elsewhere? From the few interviews I've seen, Putin is very smart and obviously 'stirring the pot'. As you point out, he has a point about 'Official Secrets' still being sealed more than 70years after the events, Really, doesn't it come down to the personalities of the individuals? Have you done a video on Stalin? From what I've read and watched over the last 30+ years, he seems to be far more 'evil' than Hitler? (something my father said when watching a BBC documentary more than 45~50 years ago)
