I really don't know what to say. There are many many companies who say they are the only people who can repair their products, I always think 'What are they trying to hide?' Often, it's greed (as in Apple saying they don't ship chargers and accessories to 'reduce waste'?) but more often in my experience, it's because things are sub-par and they don't want people to be aware of how badly they are being ripped off. Good marketing with a bunch of psychologists 'profiling' the target customer often seems to be the priority over a 'good' product BTW, I only just noticed my 'subscribe' button is 'red' again? I've seen posts that a lot of people say Google is removing their subscriptions to various channels?
