  1. I think "How well your services meet customer expectations" is worth measuring, but I wouldn't call it reliability, I would call it value. Without measuring this, you could be delivering bug free code quickly, but it might not be delivering value if you're building the wrong thing in the first place.

  2. I feel like the main metric that Google use is how many pieces of software they can put out, get people to use, and then kill in a day.
