  2. There is an international law principle called "uti possidetis juris" which is particularly applicable to decolonization. It means that newly independent states should inherit the administrative boundaries of the former colonial power. This aims to maintain stability by preventing border disputes and territorial conflicts after independence. The Jewish state of Israel should have inherited the borders of the historical region of Palestine (a legal right granted by the League of Nations in 1922). However Arab violence and rejectionism has delayed this happening. Watch UK lawyer Natasha Hausdorff talk on this subject. She makes it clear. It's only a matter of time before Israel extends sovereignty over the disputed territories of Judea and Samaria, and eventually Gaza.

  3. Didn't you listen to Dr Einat Wilf? They are not "refugees" by any regular standards. They are being held as perpetual stateless people in order to try and destroy Israel from within. It's very dark.
