  1. It was because I met Deepak Chopra in Australia on one of his Transcendental Meditation promotion tours that I began meditating. It changed my life, however a regular meditation practice has measurable effects on one's physicality. After Deepak left the TM organisation (under a cloud?) I stopped believing in him.
