  1. The difference is that there has NEVER been a Palestinian state, and there has NEVER been a Palestinian people. It’s an invention from the late 1960s after the Arab countries were defeated each time they tried to annihilate the Jewish people. Give up. Israel will only grow stronger. Arabs should be offered ‘residence status’ in Israel if they want to live in peace in the region. That would give them all the advantages of #equal civil rights, including education, health, and civil governance, but not national voting rights. Same as East Jerusalem Arabs have today. There should also be a pathway to full citizenship which TWO MILLION Arabs have today in Israel. All belligerent Arabs should be free to apply for asylum elsewhere, not kept trapped in Gaza or the West Bank.
