@ozhoneybadger : Islam is a complete way of life which includes a legal system. Islam is also political in that it has rules for non-Muslims as well as Muslims. Islamic governments incorporate Sharia in their constitutions. There is no concept of equality for all people in Islam. Islam also obligates its followers to submit to the traditions of Muhammed who was, at times, a political leader and a warlord. On the other hand, Christianity is a personal religion of peace and equality, with separation of church and state.

I hope that this Gaza war will have an impact on generations of Muslims for decades to come. All Muslims should study their ideology deeply and use critical thinking. Islam is NOT the "peaceful religion" that they're often led to believe. It's a political-legal doctrine, a complete way of life, not just a personal religion like Christianity or other religions.

@ghulamabbas2446 : Cults generally encompass all aspects of life, but religion is personal for most people. For some people their religion gives answers to the big questions about life, moral guidance as to how they should act and what values to hold as important, such as are laid out in the Ten Commandments. Religion gives some people solace when their loved ones get sick and die. Religion can also give people strength, faith, and peace of mind.
