  1. You'd prefer to keep the civilians of Gaza TRAPPED in a war zone? To be used as human shields by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad? The Jewish people have the legal right to Gaza and Judea and Samaria under international law. The 1922 League of Nations Mandate for Palestine acknowledged the continuous connection of the Jewish people to the Holy Land, and gave them the right to reconstitute their Jewish homeland in Palestine. That legal right still exists today. Although the Arabs of the region were offered many chances through UN Resolutions and peace agreements to establish their own state alongside the Jewish state, they rejected every offer. After October 7, they've #forfeited any moral right to a state of their own. Like the rest of the 80 million people who were displaced over the last 110 years, they should either be offered "permanent residence status" in Israel or resettled elsewhere by the UNHCR.
