The Qur'an is said to be the eternal, immutable, uncreated word of Allah which commands Muslims to practice warfare against the Unbeliever. Other scriptures don't have anything like this. People might profess to a faith, but if their founder wasn't violent and their scriptures don't contain commands to "kill and be killed" for Allah [Qur'an 9:111], then it's a very different concept altogether.
