It permits men to have multiple wives, child brides, sex without consent from their wives, he can beat his wife if he only fears her disobedience... for a start. In a Christian country which separates church and state, we have laws that can be updated to treat all people more fairly as we evolve in consciousness. Whereas Muslims are obligated to be ruled by Islamic sharia which is horrible for women and girls.
