  1. Where is there ANY primary source evidence for Mohammed and the first one hundred years of Islam? How can we be sure that Mecca existed as a thriving trading centre in the 7th century? There's nothing to validate any of these claims. It all seems to be a narrative invented to compete with Judaism and Christianity.

  2.  @mr3111 : Mariyah the Copt was a gift to Muhammed from the Christian Patriarch of Egypt. She was a concubine, a sex-slave. It was only after she fell pregnant that some sources say he married her. It's not even certain if Muhammed was the biological father, because he was not successful in impregnating his other ten or so wives at the time.
