A better option is along the lines of former US Ambassador David Friedman's #OneJewishState proposal. Israel extends sovereignty over the disputed territories and offers the Arab occupants "permanent residence status". That would give them equal civil rights, relative autonomy, and a travel document. The next generation could have a pathway to full citizenship once they can pledge allegiance to the Jewish state of Israel. Gazans would have to be temporarily relocated while rebuilding is carried out.

@007kingifrit : I think it's the only humane future for the children of these 'Palestinian' Arabs. No other country will take them in large numbers, and Israel would be "keeping their enemy close". Over two million Arabs and other minorities are Israeli citizens today. No doubt it took some decades for them to see the benefits in being citizens of Israel but it works relatively well overall. Offering "permanent residence status" with a travel document means that the 'Palestinians' can also leave and find a better place to live.

The founding of Israel has nothing to do with WWII. The Zionist Jews fought with the British in WWI against the Germans and Ottoman Empire, in return for the promise of territory. As did the Hejazi Arabs who fought with British Lawrence of Arabia. The Ottoman Turks and Arabs of Palestine were DEFEATED in 1918. That's how the #indigenous Jewish people were granted the legal right to reconstitute their ancestral homeland. It has taken decades for them to complete their sovereignty over the Holy Land, due to jiha@dist violence and the fact that most of the world's oil wealth is in the hands of Arab Muslims. But that's all changing now. #FinalCrusade
