@truth-seeker33 : I'm guessing she's more of a "cultural Muslim" than a believing one. But listening to her experience is still valid and worthwhile because she clearly grew up as an Israeli Arab in a Jewish town, and she was mocked by other Arab Israelis. At least one quarter of Muslims who move to the West leave Islam, but they keep the cultural aspects going. Edit: I just listened to the end and she seems to be "a pick-and-choose Muslim". She only follows those parts of Islam that align with her own moral guidance, and ignores the core doctrine of hate for the Jews.

Very good point. I don't even understand why this accomplished and beautiful Bedouin Arab Israeli woman still calls herself a Muslim. She must know that Islam obligates believers to struggle (practice jihad) until all humanity submits or is subjugated to Allah, the 'god' of Islam.
