  1. I hope Dr Zudhi Jasser can get a greater following, but Islam 'the personal religion' is very difficult to separate from 'political' Islam. It is only after Muhammed moved to Medina and became a political and military leader that he gained a significant following. Christianity is a personal faith, but Islam can never be just a personal belief, unless you are able to reject 50+% of the Sunnah of Muhammed. Thank you Candace for asking him some of the difficult questions. I worry that reformers are just giving cover for the fundamentalist Muslims to gain a greater following in the West.
