  2. The two-state solution is not viable. Israel should extend sovereignty over Gaza and the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and offer "residence status" to the occupants, with a pathway to full citizenship once they've proven their loyalty, as is the case with most Western countries. Two million Arabs are full citizens of Israel today. The Palestinian Arabs should also be given the chance to apply through UNHCR for resettlement elsewhere, if they are still hostile to the Jewish state of Israel.
