Are you being sarcastic?🙄

The 400 year occupation of the Levant by the Ottoman Caliphate ended in 1918, when the Ottoman Turks and Arabs of Palestine were *defeated*. The #indigenous Jews aligned with the British and French in return for the promise of being able to reconstitute their ancestral homeland. The Hejazi Arabs also aligned with the British in return for the promise of territory. When the Ottoman Middle East land was carved up, the Hejazi Arabs were given control in 99% of the land, today's Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Wars have consequences, remember? Especially when your side started the war...🙄

@saifsaad201286 : The Arabs of the Hejaz at the time of WWI were known as Hejazi Arabs. They fought with British Lawrence of Arabia in return for the promise of territory. Does it really matter where you think they came from? WWI was not started by the Allied Powers. The Ottoman Empire aligned with Germany who were the main aggressors. I see the Jewish people returning to the Holy Land as the "Final Crusade". You are not going to make them go away so what's your solution? You want no Jews at all in the Middle East? PS: My New Zealand grandfather died fighting in the Palestine Campaign of WWI to liberate the Holy Land. He's buried in the British Military Cemetery near Jerusalem. I will not stop fighting for the right of the indigenous Jews to be back in control of their ancestral land.

@saifsaad201286 : Which of the things I said is fake?

Israel is an "indigenous rights" success story. It's where the Jews have been living for over three thousand years. Their connection is continuous and undeniable. In 1922 they were granted the right to reconstitute their ancestral homeland by a unanimous vote of the League of Nations, after the Ottoman Empire was defeated and surrendered its land in 1918. Being a Jewish nation doesn't exclude other people living there. One-fifth of Israeli citizens are Arabs, mostly Muslim, who have freedom of religion and equal rights under the law.

That's a very good point. There should be restrictions, otherwise wealthy Arabs from anywhere in the region could undermine Israel by funding land ownership through 'residents'.

Arabs living in the disputed territories, including Gaza, would be much safer under Israeli security. They should be given the choice to coexist peacefully in the Jewish state of Israel.

Equal civil rights is what he's proposing in #OneJewishState. The Druze of the Golan Heights and the Arabs of East Jerusalem are "permanent residents" with equal civil rights and a pathway to full citizenship if they choose to pledge allegiance to the Jewish state of Israel.
