  1. Haven't they known for weeks that this could happen? Hezbollah has been bombing Israel since October 8. Didn't the country have some evacuation plan in place? Is Lebanon that broken that it hardly functions? We live in the information age. It baffles me why people seem surprised that a war would cause displacement and tragedies.
