  1. very nice video. I think one thing that might help is if they returned to the subscriber model to some degree, and made videos from subscriptions show up at the top of the page or something. there is a reason why I almost never visit the youtube home-page, and instead always just go to the subscriptions page. I still find new content on youtube because of the sidebar recomendations, which feel more tailored to me than anything on the home page
