  1. maybe this is why my favorite form of dairy product is arguably one of the least healthy: ice cream! and pepper jack cheese. I need spicy cheese on my bagel for breakfast (along with slices of jalapeno and a few drizzles of various hot sauces), and ice cream is just plain delicious. and yes, there is a connection between the spicy and the milky: milk does help soothe the burn from spicy food.
