The British captain declared "Innocent Passage" and proceeded to innocently pass back to international waters when the Moscovite coast guard ship started firing the warning shots. The Mscovite captain replied to his "Innocent Passage" with declaration of firing exercise without guarantee of safety. So even using unilateral technicalities does not provide full access to territory one wishes to control. BTW, nobody made your USSA and USSR colonies - a World Police. What they "agreed" to (with the silent British wink and nod) is of no consequence to a fair and just international relationships. Your gunboat diplomacy ethics have no place in the age of the internet. Keep your death machines away from our Black Sea.
