  3. Will Troomp fly over to bend the knee for Kaiser Chuck III as is customary with colonial governors? He did it for the Lizard already. I think redundancy is built into the oath, but you never know.

  4.  @ScarySox  They are registered in the US Gov. Inc. Business Domain. This makes them daughter entities, de facto. The only reason they are allowed to exist is because the Shareholders of US Gov. Inc. feel insecure and need a Praetorian Guard, second tier to keep them in power.
