  1. The King who is first among Merchant Bankers tells the Prime Minister what to do. It is as simple as that. The only reason they incorporated (created Parliament and Government) is to avoid constant Civil Wars. So what happens is - Uncle Chuck would meet with the other Barons in private and agree upon a set of decisions. The King will then tell the Prime Minister what to do. I would be more interested to learn - why the Government Corporation needs so many Secretaries. A contract signing requires only one Secretary. Also it would be interesting to learn why there are two Corporations - the Crown and the Government. Cheers.
