@christopherchartier3017 No boomer, the Budapest agreements were not requested by Russia and the requesters US UK promised that Ukraine is going to be neutral and not a war base for US UK. Neither Ukraine nor Russia are happy about the Nuclear arms reduction demanded by US UK, from Russia and Ukraine.
