@hater9117 "they've been sending those to DPR and LPR separatists for years" Yes, the NATO Junta in Kiev has been very generous to the LDPR. They have captured T-80s, T-72s, T-62s, BTRs, KOZAKs, even Humvees.

@voster77hh "to intimidate rioting civilians from staging some uprising" There already is an uprising, 60K strong and it is the LDPR army. They roll on what they capture from the Junta. Mostly old Soviet stuff but they have got some of the western supplied equipment too.
