  2.  @Nemo7The7Pirate7  Don't know about Ukraine, but in Bulgaria you could leave your door unlocked, unless you lived next to the Gypsy Mahal, but even that wasn't too risky. Crime was rare because there were no drugs and most people had to be at work.

  3. A couple of years or a bribe in Bulgaria. The dashboard starts to rattle at around 160km/h. It's ok for an early 70s Fiat.
