HIMARS does not have the capability to hit anything out in the fields out of range of the GSM/4G "GPS" signal which is broadcast by the city Cell Towers (the make believe "GPS satellites" which don't exist). Excalibur S uses laser spot guidance and doesn't have this fantasy "GPS satellite" problem.
