@cheesypeas4041 The Puppet Junta was either incompetent or shooting their S-300s over Kiev on purpose. It's not like General Syskyi didn't obliterate Irpin and Bucha with artillery fire only to to get 10 Russian AVs. The Junta doesn't care about civillian lives.
