Bulgaria was disarmed by its NATO neighbours as a condition to join, and Bulgaria was only forced to join NATO as a EU membership ticket. Bulgaria has nothing to send to Ukraine, and we are not going to declare war on North Bulgaria, either way. Romania is in much better shape, but they are not that stupid.

Never going to happen. Bulgaria was literally disarmed by NATO when they forced us to join, in order to get EU membership. Plus, we are not going to war against North Bulgaria. Romania is in much better shape but they are not stupid.
