@Manetho72 Both the Moscow and Kiev principalities were Bulgarian states. Not Vikings. The Greek word "Rosia" (Ρωσία) was instituted by the Greek Merchants the Romanovs (anagram for Romei - meaning Byzantine Greeks). It comes from the Bulgarian word "рожь" (rozh' - rye; offspring; red hair) which was a nickname for the Kievans.

@ctrlaltdebug Which Hollywood Fantasy script did this fall out of?

@Manetho72 So you can explain why they had Bulgarian court titles, spoke and wrote in Bulgarian? BTW, fake "chronicles" are a dime a dozen. I'll give you a hint, the subversive Greek fraudsters of the Greek "Romanov" gang did not speak Bulgarian very well and made a number of fatal spelling errors. For example they misspelled the Bulgarian court title Bolyar as "Boyar".

@ctrlaltdebug Nope! It is a Victorian era fantasy myth. The Romanovs were Greek Oligarchs, another prominent Greek Oligarch Cecil Rodos (Anglicised to "Rhodes") wrote about his dream to unite the "British" and the "Russian" Greek Empires into one global entity. This the time when the "Viking" frenzy was promoted in England as well. Greek usurpers don't get to erase and re-write history. If you disagree, please explain - why the Moscow and Kiev principalities had Bulgarian court titles, spoke and wrote in Bulgarian (and still do)?
