  1. The money bill is just wealth transfer, there is no doubt about it. The Greek Oligarchy ruling "the West" is in a feeding frenzy. I wonder what planet is Col. Davis tho. NATO is getting ground to dust in Ukraine. "Alliance of 36 countries" - no we are just vassals to the invisible Financial Greek Empire (or as the fearful modern historians prefer to call it - "the Anglo-Sphere"), and most of us are not very enthusiastic about being vassals.
