All money is owned by the database admins at BIS (the Central Bank of the Central Banks), we are only allowed limited control over it. They can delete it at will. There is no explicit contract, requiring them to keep our money in existence.

  4.  @123CSRchambly  The WHO has a genocidal criminal in charge (research him) and is financed by Big Pharma. The WTO is basically the Colonial Powers telling everybody else what to do. The Human Rights Convention looks like a noble endeavor on the surface, but it is only used occasionally, as an excuse for war. Most if not all countries contravene it in one way or another, some very seriously.

Bankruptcy can be very lucrative for those who know what they are doing. He may be a billionaire or he may be a millionaire. There is no way to determine with 100% certainty. Casinos are legal money laundering devices. Illegal money are exchanged with the government at the rate of 70 - 50% on the dollar. So the only time a casino can fail is when it has to rely solely on the public as an income source. If the casino is a short term laundering operation, then it is perfectly ok for it to fail. Saying that Trump bankrupted 3 casinos, really doesn't tell much about his true earnings, ...and why does it even matter?
