Europe only has cheaper healthcare, but that is about it. Some countries probably have free education, too. They are not going to force Big Pharma to curb its greed. They are not going to make education free either (it is not free in the British Commonwealth countries, and America is still de facto a British colony). Don't be fooled by their rhetoric.
