@peter-8483 Russia is even more artificial than Belgium. A Greek merchant going by the name of Peter, who was a resident of the Moscow Principality, travelled to London to register a company called "Russia" (or more properly - "Rossia" as it is spelled in Russian - Россия). The idiotic Victorians who were hell bent on entertainment and creative history and "vikings", invented the fairy tale about the mystical "Rus" vikings. The real name of Russia is Volgaria or tautologically - Volga Bulgaria. The word "Russia" is a Greek Bastardisation of the Bulgarian word - рoж (rozh - pronounced similar to the French "rouge") and it means rye and ginger person. The Greeks can not pronounce the "zh" sound so they replaced it with "s", as in Ρωσία (Rosía). Petros I the Greek (some like to call him Peter the Great) not only named his corporation Russia, but he also adopted the Greek Byzantine coat of arms, just in case anyone doubts that Russia is Greek-owned.

@f.n8581 "You Bulgarians are like 50 % Gypsies and 50% Turks 😂😂 !!" And you Serbo-"slavs" are 100% gypsies. Not even 1% Turk. 😀 How are you Badera fangirls doing, looked in the mirror yet? Oops! 😀

Samogitians sounds ultra-cool, tho. Why did they change their name to Lithuanians?
