@personaa422 ...and there you go a third time! Do explain why the US Government needs a shareholders list keeper aka "Secretary"! Why does it need a Constitution - another feature of the British corporation format. Explain why the US Gov needs a President [of Board]. You can't! You haven't read the Company Law so you don't even understand why a Corporation needs them. Hence you are going to whine and cry like a little baby, and commit to personal attacks like every ignoramus on the internet.

@TheImperatorKnight "Public" is the euphemism used to describe Proprietary Entities who (I am using "who" because corporations are "persons") wish to conceal the fact that they have Private Shareholders. We had 5 to 6 thousand years of Anarcho-Capitalism and it finally evolved into "Socialism". Technocratic Socialism is the latest face of Anarcho-Capitalism. Technocratic-Socialism means that the Parent Capitalist Entity - the State (which always had shareholders), controls its Daughter Entities (the Public and Proprietary Entities registered under its Domain) using Logistic and Optimization methods developed for the Military. This is probably why the Parent Private Corporation - the State is always at war with something - "Drugs", "Poverty", "Obesity", "WMDs", "Terrorism", etc.

@personaa422 Nothing of what I wrote is wrong (and I am about as Left as one can get), so don't assume I am attacking the basic idea of Socialism. I am talking about the actual situation on the playing field.

@personaa422 ...and you continue with the ad hominem. Every country has the structure of a British corporation. A truly "Public" state would not require a chairman/president nor a secretary. The secretary is the guy who keeps the shareholder's list secret, and the chairman is just a glorified PR, his job is mostly to ratify contracts and to mislead the public. I could go on but I will have to fill in a lot of that ignorant empty space in your head, and this is rather tedious. You just proved twice, that you are not worth my time to educate you.
