@mariod7636 The romei merchants Romanovs, renamed the Principality of Moscow to "Rossia" (from Greek Ρωσία which came from Bulgarian рожь - rye; red hair; nickname for the Kievans of Yakov Svetoslav in Bulgaria). They also renamed the medieval Bulgarian language of Moscow to "Russian". Are you sure you are in the right cub there, buddy?

@Rom2Serge Yes, he didn't know that Russia is only ~350 years old, and was invented by the Romei (Byzantine Greeks) merchants the Romanovs. He also didn't know that the Greek word Rosia which comes from the Bulgarian word рожь (rye; red hair; nickname for the Kievans of Yakov Svetoslav in Bulgaria) is not spelled "Rus". He also didn't know that the Romanovs renamed the medieval Bulgarian language of Moscow to - "Russian". I guess you are right, he sounds like a Putan agent.

@Rom2Serge You mean Moscow the town, not "Rossia". "Rossia" is not a nationality.

@ОлегХмара-ч1в There is no such thing as "Rus". The Greek word Rosia (Ρωσία) comes from the Bulgarian word рожь (rozh') which meant rye; red hair. During 13th century AD, the Kievan prince Yakov Svetoslav, fled the Mongols to Bulgaria, with his men. His men were kind of gingery so we nicknamed them рожи (rozhi). Our Byzantine Greek neighbours can not pronounce the "ж" sound, so they replaced it with "s". They thought that this was the nationality of the Kievans. Thus you get Kievan "Rosia" (Ρωσία). The Romei (Byzantine Greeks), the Romanovs, subverted the Principality of Moscow and changed its name to "Rosia" (today spelled Россия). They also reanamed the medieval Bulgarian language there to "Russian".

@googs8869 No such thing as "Rus". There was the Principality of Kiev and the Principality of Moscow both offshoots of Volgaria and speaking medieval Bulgarian.
