@judyives1832 The Budapest agreement was demanded by USUK, not by Russia. Russia was not the "beneficiary" of the nuclear reduction demands from USUK. Also USUK broke their own agreement by orchestrating the Orange insurrection of 2004 and the Maidan Coup of 2014. At least know the topic you are parroting.
