  1.  @damn6  This means Serbia is meeting the economic conditions to join in the EUSSR. Of course they will be required to join NATO by force, like the other East European countries, to get EUSSR membership. The thing is, the EUSSR Economic embargo against East European non-members does not carry the weight it used to in the 90s. East Europeans are not as tempted to join and some are probably going to leave soon.
