  1. If by "Ukrainian tribal nationalists" you mean - Lutsk and Lvov regions, then sure. There are no such people in the rest of Ukraine. The rest of Ukraine is Bulgarian. They are practically Polished Bulgarians in Galtzia, you might as well count them as Polaks.
